Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 - Ryzen 5 5500U, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD

Barely used, and the cycle count proves it. Eighty-odd charge cycles on a machine of this age usually means it was bought, used lightly for a while and then set aside, and the rest of the unit matches: no marks on the large panel, an unworn keyboard with a full number pad, a body in near-new condition. The Ryzen 5 5500U inside has six cores and twelve threads, paired here with 8GB and a 512GB SSD, which makes it faster in multitasking than several Intel machines listed above it at higher prices. Radeon graphics handle casual photo work and external displays without complaint. HDMI and the card reader were confirmed along with every other port. The honest limitations are the plastic body, which does not feel like a business machine, and 8GB of memory, which is adequate rather than generous. As a home or family machine that looks and behaves like a new laptop for well under new-laptop money, it is hard to argue with. If you are comparing it against a new laptop at a similar price, compare the specification honestly. A new machine at thirty thousand will not have six cores and a 512GB drive.
