HP ProBook 450 G8 - i3 11th Gen, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD

Same 15.6-inch body and number pad as the i5 unit listed above, at a considerably lower price, with an 11th generation Core i3 and 8GB instead of the i5 and sixteen. For record keeping, invoicing, form filling, email and browsing, that is a sensible saving rather than a compromise, and the large screen is doing most of the work anyway. An 11th generation i3 is a genuinely modern processor and boots this machine in seconds from its 256GB SSD. Cosmetically it has been used: scuffs on the lid and base, a small scuff on the lower bezel, mild shine on the common keys. Structurally everything is sound and the hinges are firm. Battery backup is fair. We tested every port and confirmed the card reader with a live card. If the machine is going to sit on one desk and be used all day by one person, this is the specification we would suggest before the more expensive one, unless heavy multitasking is genuinely part of the job. Bring a pen drive with the kind of files you actually work on and open a few of them here. That tells you more in five minutes than any specification comparison will.
