Dell Latitude 3420 - i5 11th Gen, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD

Same chassis as the i3 unit listed above, a different machine to use. The step from an 11th generation Core i3 to the i5 in this one buys you two more cores and the Iris Xe graphics, which shows up whenever more than one heavy application is open at once or a video is being edited casually. With 8GB and a fast 256GB NVMe drive it feels quick from the moment the lid opens. Condition is the other reason for the price difference. There are no visible marks on the panel, the keys have not worn, and the only blemish we could find is a faint mark on the palm rest. Cycle count is low and battery health is correspondingly high. Ports, ethernet and HDMI included, were all tested against real hardware. This suits a small office buying one machine for someone who will use it seriously, or a parent buying once and not wanting to repeat the exercise next year. If this one has gone by the time you reach the shop, ask on WhatsApp what else is on the shelf in the same specification rather than assuming there is nothing.
